How it works

It's simple - all the preparation and cooking is done by our chefs.
Delivered to you in an insulated box with plenty of ice-packs to keep everything cool and fresh. We deliver twice a week nationwide, see here for full details.
All you have to do is heat them up, crack open a beer & enjoy.
Follow our simple instructions below to enjoy our restaurant dishes at home. Please refrigerate all food until you are ready to heat; the uncooked rice pack can stay out until you are ready to cook

For Ceylon Chicken & Roasted Pork Curry:
1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with a lid
2. Warm on a medium heat for 10 minutes
3. Alternatively, you can remove the curry from the packaging and microwave on  medium setting for 3-4 minutes

For Beetroot / Jackfruit / Dhal / Green Bean Curries & Kiri Hodhi:
1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with lid
2. Warm on a low heat for 5-7 minutes
3. Alternatively, you can remove food from packaging  and microwave on a medium setting for 2-3 minutes

For Toasted Pol Sambol:  
1. Please keep refrigerated and serve room temperature

For Aromatic Basmati Rice: 
1. Empty the rice into a bowl and soak in water for 20 minutes
2. Drain and rinse the rice in cold water
3. Add to a pan with 440ml of water, a pinch of salt and aromatic spices (enclosed)
4. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a low heat, cover and simmer for 10-12     minutes.
5. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes

For Pol Roti:

1. For best results, place on a pre-heated baking tray with baking paper (Electric 200 C / Fan 180 C) for 8 minutes
