Heating Details
For Ceylon Chicken, Mutton & Roasted Pork Curry:
1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with a lid
2. Warm on a medium heat for 10 minutes
3. Alternatively, you can remove the curry from the packaging and microwave on medium setting for 3-4 minutes
For Beetroot / Jackfruit / Dhal / Green Bean Curries & Kiri Hodhi:
1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with lid
2. Warm on a low heat for 5-7 minutes
3. Alternatively, you can remove food from packaging and microwave on a medium setting for 2-3 minutes
For Toasted Pol Sambol:
1. Please keep refrigerated and serve room temperature
For Banana Blossom Pattis:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10-12 minutes
For Mutton Rolls:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes, turn rolls, then bake for a further 5 minutes until golden and crisp
For Aromatic Basmati Rice:
1. Empty the rice into a bowl and soak in water for 20 minutes
2. Drain and rinse the rice in cold water
3. Add to a pan with 440ml of water, a pinch of salt and aromatic spices (enclosed)
4. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a low heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes
For Pol Roti:
1. For best results, place on a pre-heated baking tray with baking paper (Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C) for 8 minutes
